Well this might have been my easiest car buying experience in 35 years. And considering the supply chain issues, chip shortage, and Covid issues, this was a welcomed relief to several other dealers out there who were plain awful to try to buy from. Tyler in sales could not have been better to work with, Chris in finance even made it easier by using some great tech to e-sign all my documents remotely since I was coming from Chicago to buy my car, and finally Paul, the sales manager, was great to work with too - everyone was super straight forward and helped to make the buying process easy - and considering I had already had some nasty surprises with two dealers close to home, I was relieved to be able to work with such a professional dealership. I wouldn't be surprised if I worked with these guys again in the future, they are worth the 300 mile trip.

I've had my ups and downs with Acura in general over the past year over the sunroof issues with the 3rd gen Acura RDX and having this vehicle in the shop multiple times, but it is finally resolved. This is dealership has the best service center on this side of the state. If you own an Acura, this should be the ONLY place you should go for service. I've been to the other ones in Ann Arbor and Troy. Avoid Troy like the plague. I bought my first RDX from there a few years ago and they only care about selling vehicles. The insulator hood was torn under the hood of the vehicle and when I brought in for service, I asked about it to the service rep and he told me "well there's nothing wrong with the engine and that's all that matters." Never been back there since. They only sell new vehicles and not any used ones now too. That place is too sketchy and all they do is run skits. The boys in Ann Arbor are definitely better than Troy, but Ann Arbor always tries to nickle and dime you on things that don't even really need to be done on the vehicle. My front camera was hazy on my vehicle and I asked them about that and they told me it would be $2700 and they would have to replace all the cameras since all cameras are linked via the 360 camera system. In reality, all I had to do was find a good cleaning solution and clean the camera off. And they also blow off the Technical Service Bulletins even when you present them to their face. Jeffrey Acura was the only one that would work on the sunroof TSB for my vehicle and they actually look up the Acura TSBs for issues that are presented to them. They gave me loaners for an extended time period while many other manufacturers and dealers never have loaners available or straight up won't give out any. Can't recommend this place enough for getting Acura vehicles serviced. Don't go anywhere else. Trust me.

Jeffrey Acura service department sets the bar when it comes to dealers. They are what every dealership should strive for when it comes to customer service and taking care or the customer. Matt and Brian are true assets to Jeffrey automotive and set a great example of how service writers should be. I'll sum it up with this; I drive from Grand Blanc to use this service department. Even for an oil change. They are a TOP NOTCH SERVICE DEPARTMENT

This is one if the best Acura dealerships around. We took our older Acura in for a service check on a part that we weren’t sure was still good & they were very honest. They could have made up repairs but said the part was fine so far & didn’t take anything apart or charge us at all. We will definitely be going back here for checkups, fluid changes & repairs. I really appreciate their honesty, & they gave us a nice loaner while they checked it.

You know the old "Used Car Salesman" stereotype? Tim Henderson absolutely SHATTERS that stereotype. Everyone at Jeffrey Automotive was great but Tim Henderson, is a step above. The man is as straight a shooter as they come. Trust me, if you choose to deal with him specifically, you wont deal with anyone else for life. A sincere thank you, Tim. I wish you the best.
